1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 100cui ("100cui", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 100cui.net and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account with 100cui, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are 21 years of age or older. 100cui strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction. Providing false age information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.
• You are accessing the 100cui platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction prior to registering.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not registering or operating an account on behalf of any third party.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by 100cui or any applicable gaming authority.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of 100cui or any of its affiliated game providers or payment processors.

100cui reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on the 100cui platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, linked payment method, device fingerprint, or IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be voided.

When registering your 100cui account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and to keep such information current at all times.
• Choose a strong, unique password for your 100cui account and keep it confidential. You are entirely responsible for all activity conducted under your login credentials.
• Notify 100cui support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Not share your 100cui account credentials with any other person or permit any other person to access your account.

100cui may, at its sole discretion, decline to accept a registration application or close an existing account without stating a reason, subject to the settlement of any outstanding legitimate balance.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 100cui platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Public Bank FPX, and USDT TRC20.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. These limits are subject to change at 100cui's discretion.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
• 100cui does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. 100cui reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• 100cui may delay or suspend withdrawals where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, pending investigation.
• Funds deposited into your 100cui account are held separately and are not used for any operational purposes. Player funds are protected in accordance with applicable international gaming authority requirements.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

100cui may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all 100cui bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are applied in the order specified in your account balance display. Bonus funds do not expire unless a specific expiry period is stated in the promotion terms.
• 100cui reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or void bonus winnings where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of software errors, use of arbitrage strategies, or other conduct inconsistent with legitimate bonus participation.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses are available to new 100cui accounts only and may not be claimed more than once per household, IP address, or device.
• Promotional offers available on the 100cui platform are intended for entertainment purposes. They do not constitute financial advice or guaranteed profit.

6. Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the 100cui platform — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports events, or instant games — are subject to the following general betting rules:

• Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the 100cui system, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the Player.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or data feed disruption that affects the outcome of a wager, 100cui reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per event. These are displayed within the game interface prior to placing any wager.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the point of confirmation are the odds applied to the wager.
• 100cui reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where there is suspicion of match-fixing, insider information, or coordinated betting patterns.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems. No game outcome on the 100cui platform is influenced by the platform operator.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 100cui platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the 100cui platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activity.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the 100cui platform, its software, or its underlying infrastructure.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place wagers or interact with the platform on behalf of a human player.
• Colluding with other players, including at live dealer tables, to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other participants.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses multiple times or circumventing any restriction imposed by 100cui.
• Providing false or misleading identity, age, address, or payment information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Engaging in conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 100cui staff or other players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 100cui platform — including but not limited to the 100cui brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, user interface design, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 100cui or its licensed providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 100cui platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, or create derivative works from any 100cui content without prior written consent from 100cui.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 100cui's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 100cui account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

100cui shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.

The 100cui platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

100cui reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion. Without limiting the foregoing, 100cui may take such action where:

• There is a breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• A regulatory or law enforcement authority requires 100cui to do so.
• The Player requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming provisions.
• The account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months without any login activity.
• 100cui determines that continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable risk.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, less any applicable charges, within a reasonable period.

11. Responsible Gaming

100cui is committed to responsible gaming and the protection of vulnerable players. As a condition of using the 100cui platform, you acknowledge that:

• You are using the 100cui platform for entertainment purposes and are wagering only amounts you can afford to lose.
• You have access to deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion tools through your 100cui account settings.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 100cui's operating jurisdiction under international gaming authority regulation. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by agreement between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies designated under the applicable licensing framework.

Prior to initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to contact 100cui support in good faith and allow a reasonable period of no less than thirty (30) days for the parties to attempt to resolve the matter amicably.
